Als Trainee Zorgadministratie leer je de organisatie, de klanten en de registratie- en verantwoordingsprocessen van zorgaanbieders grondig kennen. Je krijgt al snel eigen verantwoordelijkheden en wordt door je collega's klaargestoomd voor een rol als specialist in het dienstverleningsteam. Daarin begeleid je klanten bij het gebruik van declaratiesoftware en ben je de schakel tussen klant en ontwikkelteam. Je werkt op het snijvlak van zorgfinanciering, processen en IT en bent een volwaardige sparringpartner.

Deze werkgever is een dienstverlener in de zorgadministratie in Zwolle. De organisatie combineert software en specialistische dienstverlening om zorgaanbieders te helpen hun registratie, verantwoording en declaraties goed en op tijd rond te krijgen.

Jij bent een starter die service- en resultaatgericht werkt en graag de diepte in gaat. Je bent communicatief sterk, vasthoudend en pragmatisch, en je werkt accuraat. Je vindt het leuk om klanten verder te helpen in een omgeving waar wet- en regelgeving voortdurend verandert. Daarnaast heb jij:

  • hbo of wo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in bedrijfskunde, bedrijfseconomie of supply chain management;
  • een analytische en oplossingsgerichte houding;
  • uitstekende communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden;
  • bij voorkeur kennis van zorgadministratie en declaratieprocessen.

In deze rol is het essentieel dat je vloeiend Nederlands spreekt en schrijft vanwege de communicatie met klanten en collega's. Ook is de voorkeur dat je in de omgeving van de werkgever woont, in verband met (deels) werken op kantoor.
