Wozu brauchen wir diese Stelle?

Damit wir unser Direct-Load-Geschäft sowie strategisch relevante Sonderverkehre erfolgreich weiterentwickeln können, suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Senior Manager Direct Load & Special Business (m/w/d) in Vollzeit. In dieser Rolle übernimmst du die standortübergreifende Führung des Geschäftsfeldes Direct Load & Special Business. Du verantwortest die strategische Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs sowie Umsatz, Ergebnis und Budget und arbeitest dabei eng mit Niederlassungen, Vertrieb und Zentralbereichen zusammen.

Wie gestaltest du diese Stelle?

  • Du führst die standortübergreifende Direct-Load-Organisation fachlich und disziplinarisch.
  • Du entwickelst das Geschäftsfeld sowie Wachstums- und Ertragsstrategien weiter.
  • Du verantwortest Umsatz, Ergebnis und Budget des Bereiches.
  • Relevante Kennzahlen steuerst du und leitest Maßnahmen zur Geschäftsentwicklung ab.
  • Standortübergreifend stellst du einheitliche Prozesse, Standards und Arbeitsweisen sicher.
  • Strategische Kunden sowie ausgewählte Großkunden- und Sondergeschäfte verantwortest du.
  • Markt- und Geschäftspotenziale identifizierst du und begleitest Ausschreibungen sowie Preisverhandlungen.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Niederlassungen, Regionalverantwortlichen und Zentralbereichen zusammen.

Das solltest du mitbringen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung im Logistik- bzw. Speditionsumfeld.
  • Mehrjährige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung in der Speditions- und Logistikbranche.
  • Erfahrung in der Führung standortübergreifender Organisationen und Führungskräfte.
  • Nachweisbare Verantwortung für Umsatz, Ergebnis und Budget eines Geschäftsbereichs.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Direct Load, FTL, Charter oder vergleichbarer Transportlösungen.
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung strategischer Kunden und Geschäftsfelder.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Kennzahlen sowie betriebswirtschaftlichen Steuerungsinstrumenten.
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen, unternehmerisches Denken und Reisebereitschaft.

Die Position kann an einem unserer Road Freight Standorte besetzt werden, insbesondere Fulda, Grammetal, Göttingen oder Fernwald/Gießen.
