Als Mitarbeiter:in User Services & Workplace Management gewährleistest du den stabilen Betrieb der Arbeitsplatz-IT und unterstützt Anwender bei technischen Fragestellungen. Du verantwortest die Administration zentraler IT-Systeme, das Client- und Gerätemanagement sowie die kontinuierliche Optimierung der Workplace-Services. Dabei trägst du maßgeblich zu einer hohen Servicequalität und einem reibungslosen IT-Betrieb bei.

Wie gestaltest du diese Stelle?

Active Directory Administration

  • Anlage, Pflege und Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten, Gruppen und Computerobjekten im Active Directory
  • Steuerung und Durchführung von Onboarding- und Offboarding-Prozessen
  • Vergabe und Anpassung von Benutzerberechtigungen gemäß den Unternehmensrichtlinien
  • Pflege der Organisationsstruktur und Benutzerstammdaten

Matrix42 ESM Administration

  • Administration und Weiterentwicklung der Matrix42 Enterprise Service Management (ESM) Plattform
  • Betreuung und Optimierung des Service Desk, Service Catalogs und Asset Managements
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Serviceprozessen und Workflows
  • Unterstützung bei der Einführung und Umsetzung von Automatisierungslösungen

Client-, Software- und Patchmanagement

  • Standardisierung, Bereitstellung und Verwaltung von Endgeräten mittels Microsoft Intune und Windows Autopilot
  • Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung von Softwareverteilungen
  • Durchführung und Überwachung des Patchmanagements
  • Sicherstellung eines aktuellen und sicheren Client-Betriebs

Telefonie- und Workplace-Support

  • Administration und Betreuung der Unternehmens-Telefonanlage
  • Bearbeitung und Lösung von Störungen im Bereich Telefonie
  • Unterstützung der Anwender bei Fragen rund um Arbeitsplatz- und
  • Kommunikationstechnologien

Geräte- und Infrastrukturmanagement

  • Verwaltung und Support von Druckern, Multifunktionsgeräten und Scannern
  • Betreuung und Administration mobiler Endgeräte
  • Unterstützung bei der Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von Mobile Device Management (MDM)-Lösungen
  • Sicherstellung einer funktionierenden Arbeitsplatzinfrastruktur

Nebenaufgaben

  • Teilnahme an der OS-Bereitschaft
  • Teilnahme an Ruf- und Zufallsbereitschaften
  • Unterstützung bei IT-Projekten und Sonderaufgaben
  • Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung von IT-Service-Prozessen und Workplace-Konzepten

Das solltest du mitbringen:

Fachliche Qualifikationen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker (m/w/d), IT-Systemkaufmann (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare berufliche Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Bereich User Services, IT-Support oder Workplace Management wünschenswert
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Windows Betriebssystemen sowie Microsoft 365 Anwendungen
  • Erfahrung in der Administration von Active Directory Umgebungen
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Matrix42 ESM, insbesondere Service Desk, Service Catalog und Asset Management
  • Erfahrungen mit Microsoft Intune und Windows Autopilot von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Mobile Device Management (MDM)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängiger IT-Hardware wie Notebooks, Druckern, Scannern und mobilen Endgeräten
