Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen IT-Betriebs durch die professionelle Betreuung von Anwendern, die Administration von Systemen und Endgeräten sowie die standortübergreifende Unterstützung der Fachbereiche. Die Position umfasst sowohl Remote-Support als auch Vor-Ort-Dienstleistungen an verschiedenen Niederlassungen und Logistikstandorten.

Hauptaufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Telefonische und schriftliche Unterstützung von Anwendern im Rahmen des First- und Second-Level-Supports
  • Annahme, Klassifizierung, Bearbeitung und Nachverfolgung von IT-Tickets
  • Durchführung von Vor-Ort-Serviceeinsätzen an den Standorten Fulda, Dortmund, Gießen und
  • Grammetal einschließlich der zugehörigen Logistikstandorte
  • Analyse, Prüfung und Versand defekter IT-Endgeräte
  • Installation, Konfiguration, Austausch und Inbetriebnahme von Hardwarekomponenten wie PCs, Scannern, mobilen Endgeräten und Peripheriegeräten
  • Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten und Berechtigungen in verschiedenen Systemen (z. B. Active Directory und Jira)
  • Administration von E-Mail-Diensten, einschließlich Weiterleitungen, Verteilerlisten und shared-Mailboxen
  • Administration und Support von mobilen Endgeräten über SOTI/MDM-Systeme, insbesondere für
  • Scanner und mobile Arbeitsgeräte

  • Verwaltung und Pflege von Benutzerkonten in Cloud-basierten Anwendungen
  • Unterstützung bei Standort-, Büro- und Arbeitsplatzumzügen einschließlich IT-technischer Vor- und Nachbereitung
  • Anlage und Betreuung von Gastzugängen
  • Teilnahme an Rufbereitschaften bzw. operativen Bereitschaftsdiensten
  • Unterstützung bei Sonderprojekten und speziellen IT-Einsätzen
  • Einarbeitung sowie fachliche Unterstützung von Auszubildenden, Praktikanten und Studierenden
  • Teilnahme an Team-, Projekt- und Abstimmungsmeetings
  • Unterstützung bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von IT-Service- und Supportprozessen

Das solltest du mitbringen:

Fachliche Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Anwendersupport und IT-Service-Management
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 und Ticket-Systemen
  • Erfahrung in der Administration mobiler Endgeräte und MDM-Lösungen wünschenswert
  • Grundlegende Kenntnisse im Bereich Netzwerk- und Hardware-Support
