Missão do Cargo

Executar as atividades de apoio administrativo no âmbito da área comercial, envolvendo o atendimento das necessidades de informações da equipe de vendas e a agilização do processo de vendas.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Atender aos clientes em compras nas lojas, realizando cadastro, edição de informações e alterações nas carteiras de clientes dos vendedores da unidade, quando necessário, no sistema da empresa, facilitando e agilizando o processo de venda e possibilitando contatos futuros para novas negociações;
  • Atender aos clientes em processo de garantia, realizando a abertura do histórico e o recebimento da peça, emitindo no sistema a Ordem de Venda, Fatura e Nota Fiscal, para posterior aprovação da gerência, agilizando o atendimento ao cliente e o processo;
  • Efetuar o cancelamento e descarte de Notas Fiscais no sistema, quando houver equívocos em cadastros, vendas de produtos ou valores, evitando divergências no fechamento de caixa;
  • Lançar no sistema da empresa as Ordens de Compra para pagamento de instaladores cadastrados com indicações de vendas, agilizando a aprovação da gerência;
  • Auxiliar na monitoria dos registros no sistema, incluindo listas de separação, faturamento e cancelamento de itens de venda, contribuindo para a agilidade dos processos e aprovações da gerência da unidade;
  • Auxiliar na gestão e reposição do diário de estoque das peças sob responsabilidade da área de vendas, garantindo cobertura das principais peças de maior giro e evitando rupturas no processo de venda;
  • Auxiliar a gerência da unidade nos processos de auditoria de peças e no cumprimento de normas e procedimentos realizados pelos vendedores, controlando as Ordens de Compra e os produtos em estoque, minimizando erros e custos para a empresa;
  • Aprovar, mediante solicitação da gerência da unidade, operações de Ordens de Venda de Garantia, descontos nas vendas, remessas para entregas futuras e Ordens de Retorno, agilizando os processos de garantia e venda;
  • Efetuar a abertura e a monitoria de chamados no sistema para os setores de Tecnologia da Informação, Fiscal e Garantia, por meio da intranet da empresa, garantindo a resolução de impedimentos que impactem os processos de venda.

Requisitos Básicos

  • Ensino médio completo ou superior cursando;
  • Conhecimento em atendimento a clientes;
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar presencial na loja;​

Requisitos desejáveis

  • Conhecimento do Pacote Office em nível intermediário;
  • Conhecimento em técnicas de negociação.
