Resumo das atividades:

Responsável por dar suporte administrativo e operacional à área de vendas, garantindo a organização dos processos comerciais, atendimento inicial ao cliente e apoio direto aos vendedores na execução de propostas, contratos e acompanhamento de indicadores. Atua como elo entre clientes, vendedores e áreas internas da empresa.

Responsabilidades:

Realizar atendimento inicial a clientes (telefone, e-mail, presencial).

Preparar relatórios de vendas, indicadores e dashboards de acompanhamento.

Atualizar e manter sistemas de CRM e cadastros de clientes.

Organizar materiais de apoio às vendas (catálogos, apresentações, amostras).

Acompanhar processos de pedidos e entregas junto às áreas internas (logística, financeiro, marketing).

Auxiliar em campanhas promocionais e ações comerciais.

Garantir conformidade com políticas comerciais e procedimentos internos.

Contribuir para o crescimento sustentável do negócio, atuando de forma ética, estratégica e orientada a resultados;

Contribuir para a excelência dos serviços, observando princípios e conceitos de qualidade da área de atuação;

Executar outras tarefas correlatas.

Perfil desejado:

Carismático, boa comunicação verbal e escrita, disponibilidade de horário.

Conhecimento de ferramentas digitais, como CRM, Instagram e OLX.
