1. 设定项目开发各阶段APQP质量目标和质量计划，制定开发相关质量技术文档； 2. 组织、规划、实施从产品计划与确定项目阶段开始到量产前的各阶段的设计质量评审; 3. 负责新产品质量策划及验收，包括产品可靠性验证，制程风险评估； 4. 负责与客户讨论相关质量标准以及限度样品事宜，并最终转化为公司内部质量要求； 5. 试产过程质量问题点的记录追溯以及跟进解决直到问题关闭； 6. PPAP资料的准备、跟进、收集、整理工作，并保证在规定的时间点前提交给客户； 7.sop+3前，项目质量状态的跟进、客户汇报。

1．本科以上学历，电子、机械或机电一体化、通讯、自动化、质量管理等相关专业； 2．三年以上汽车行业设计研发质量管理相关经验，有汽车电子产品行业工作经验优先； 3．熟悉汽车行业IATF16949的五大质量工具：APQP、FMEA、MSA、SPC、PPAP； 4．熟悉质量问题的处理方法及工具，如：8D、5why、FTA等; 5. 英语可作为工作语言者优先考虑； 6．能够适应短期出差； 7．良好的沟通协调能力，有大局观，及跨部门协作能力，工作细致踏实、责任心强，吃苦耐劳，抗压能力强，具备团队合作精神
