1. 建立、完善软件测试流程，制定测试方案和计划，组织软件测试相关评审； 2. 根据产品功能需求设计HIL测试系统，并主导完成HIL测试系统的设计、选型、开发、调试等工作； 3. 根据软件需求编制软件验收测试用例，并基于评审后的测试用例在HIL系统中实现； 4. 基于HIL系统完成软件验收测试； 5. 基于CANOE完成CAN/CANFD的通讯、诊断、网络管理、bootloader测试； 6. 升级维护现有的HIL测试系统软件、研发测试软件； 7. 按照测试计划组织实施软件测试：包括测试需求文档编写，测试用例设计，测试脚本执行； 8. 完整地记录测试结果，编写完整的测试报告等相关的技术文档； 9. 对测试发现的问题协助开发人员开展详细分析和准确定位；

1. 车辆工程、自动化、通讯、电子信息、计算机等相关专业，全日制本科及以上学历，3年以上工作经验； 2. 熟悉EOL、TestStand、Python等测试开发工具； 3. 熟悉Vector相关CAN工具者优先，如CANoe、CAN Dela、CAN Diva等； 4. 熟悉嵌入式软件测试流程、方法，熟悉ASPICE开流程者优先； 5. 良好的沟通和交流能力,较强的问题发现能力，及时反馈结果并推动问题解决。
