Pour renforcer son équipe, GERARD BERTRAND recherche un caviste (H/F) pour ses domaines situés à Narbonne et dans les Corbières.

Poste

Sous la responsabilité du Responsable de cave et du Maitre de chai, vous effectuerez les différentes opérations de cave: de la réception à la préparation des vins à la mise en bouteilles. Vous veillerez au respect de la qualité du produit ainsi qu’aux règles d’hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire.

Tâches principales :

· Chargement et déchargement des citernes,

· Préparations des vins à la mise en bouteille : réalisation des assemblages, collages, filtrations tangentielles, palette de filtration, flash-pasteurisation, passage au froid,

· Hygiène du chai et nettoyage du matériel vinaire (cuves, tuyaux, pompes, filtres, sols, etc.),

· Suivi des stocks de produits œnologiques et d’hygiène,

· Enregistrement des opérations de cave : traçabilité des vins et tenue des registres de cave,

· Echantillonnage pour le laboratoire.

Rémunération

13ème mois + Participation aux résultats – À définir selon profil

Profil recherché

Femme ou homme motivé(e), vous êtes rigoureux, dynamique et méthodique.

Vous êtes sensible à la production de vins de qualité et à la notion de travail bien fait.

Votre capacité d’adaptation sera une des qualités que vous devrez avoir afin de pouvoir vous adapter dans un environnement en pleine évolution.

Une formation en Viticulture – œnologie ou Agro-Alimentaire - ou

Une expérience réussie de 2 à 3 années minimum sur un poste similaire serait un plus.

A compétences égales, priorité aux personnes handicapées.
