Responsabilités Au sein de l’équipe Communication, vous êtes chargé(e) de gérer les principales missions administratives et vous participez aux différents projets du Service.

Missions

  • Au service d’un programme événementiel dense, au Château l’Hospitalet, ou sur des lieux tiers, en France ou à l’international, vous assistez la Responsable Evénements et Salons sur l’organisation et la coordination.
  • Du plus petit événement (un dîner dégustation presse par exemple) au plus grand (5 journées de Festival), vous contribuez à l’organisation sur tous les aspects programmation, décoration, contenus, logistique, sélection, brief et relation avec les fournisseurs et partenaires dans le respect des cahiers de charges et des calendriers. Vous établissez les comptes-rendus. (Festival de Jazz, Master Class, Lancement de produits…).
  • Vous contribuez à l’organisation des accueils presse (individuels ou voyages presse) sur les aspects logistique, programmation, préparation de contenus, envoi d’échantillons, en coordination avec la Responsable Relations presse.
  • Vous participez à la création de contenus et supports de communication de tout type (communiqués de presse, flyers, invitations) en lien avec la Cheffe de projet Communication.
  • Gestion de l’échantillonnage : envoi d’échantillons de vins pour les évènements, salons, portages presse, inscriptions aux guides de dégustation français et internationaux.
  • Suivi administratif en lien avec les fournisseurs (demande de devis, facturation, gestion des stocks).

Profil recherché :

  • Permis B (boite manuelle) et véhicule
  • En formation supérieure (Communication, Marketing, Commerce), vous maîtrisez le pack Microsoft Office et avez un bon niveau d’Anglais.
  • Rigoureux (se), organisé(e), rapide, vous savez gérer les priorités et respecter les délais.
  • D’un tempérament curieux et ouvert, vous avez d’excellentes qualités relationnelles et aimez travailler en équipe.
  • Force de proposition, vous aimez prendre des initiatives et vous faites preuve d’une grande capacité d’adaptation et d’autonomie.
  • Vous souhaitez développer vos compétences relationnelles, organisationnelles et administratives au sein d’une entreprise portée par les valeurs d’excellence, d’innovation et de créativité.

Conditions d'embauche Stage de 6 mois. Stage conventionné uniquement.
