Hôtel de charme, restaurant gastronomique, salle d’exposition, boutique de dégustation, festival Jazz à l’Hospitalet accueillant des artistes de renommée internationale et nombreuses activités œnotouristiques font de cet établissement un lieu unique et prestigieux.

Dans le cadre de la saison 2026, Gérard Bertrand et notre Gouvernante générale recherchent des talents passionnés pour rejoindre leur équipe et contribuer à offrir une expérience exceptionnelle à nos clients.

Missions principales

Technique / Métier :

  • Préparer et entretenir les chambres et salles de bain selon les standards 5 étoiles (faire les lits, nettoyage complet),
  • Réapprovisionner les salles de bains, minibars et autres équipements,
  • Effectuer le comptage et le contrôle du linge lors des phases d’entrée et de sortie, en veillant à sa qualité et à son état,
  • Stocker le linge dans les espaces dédiés,
  • Réaliser toutes les tâches liées à l’entretien et au nettoyage de l’hôtel,
  • Utiliser les produits d’entretien référencés en respectant les dosages et consignes de sécurité,
  • Assurer la communication interne du service et transmettre les informations importantes,
  • Anticiper les besoins en prenant connaissance du taux d’occupation et des visites de clients VIP,
  • Garantir la continuité du service et effectuer les contrôles en l’absence de la Gouvernante,
  • Respecter les procédures et politiques du département.

Hygiène / Sécurité / Environnement :

  • Informer la Gouvernante et/ou la réception des réparations courantes et anomalies techniques dans les chambres et espaces communs,
  • Appliquer les normes HACCP et les consignes de sécurité.

Expérience en hôtellerie de luxe ou service hôtelier souhaitée,

Sens du détail, rigueur et organisation,

Discrétion, polyvalence et esprit d’équipe,

Dynamisme, autonomie et bonne présentation.
