GOUVERNANTE GENERALE (H/F)

Poste : CDD remplacement d’une durée de 4 à 6 mois

Missions

- Réaliser les ouvertures ou les fermetures du service des étages - Encadrer et superviser les équipes de femmes, valets de chambre et équipiers (planification, comportement vis-à-vis du client, propreté, attention aux détails...) - Contrôler les chambres en recouche et en départ, en respectant les standards d'accueil de l’hôtel. - Contrôler les parties communes (couloirs, mobilier, offices...). - Superviser le service de blanchisserie pour les clients. - Gérer les arrivées, les départs et les délogements.

- Veiller à ce que les standards soient maintenus à un niveau supérieur au quotidien. - Faire preuve d'anticipation en prenant connaissance du taux d’occupation et les visites de clients VIP

Hygiène / Sécurité / Environnement • Est responsable du maintien en l'état du matériel et du mobilier, de la fiabilité des équipements et s'assure du suivi des interventions techniques • Appliquer les normes HACCP

1 expérience minimum de 3 ans

Diplômé CHR

Anglais

Maîtrise des normes HACCP
