Als Informationssicherheitskoordinator / IT Security Engineer (m/w/d) gestalten Sie die sichere Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Landschaft aktiv mit. Dabei arbeiten Sie an der Schnittstelle zwischen moderner IT-Infrastruktur, Cloud-Technologien, Kundenplattformen und strategischen Digitalisierungsprojekten.

Das sind Ihre Aufgabenschwerpunkte

  • Sie entwickeln und verbessern das Sicherheitsniveau unserer IT-, Cloud- und Hosting-Umgebungen kontinuierlich weiter
  • Sie unterstützen die Absicherung von Microsoft 365, Azure und hybriden Cloud-Lösungen sowie das Identitäts- und Berechtigungsmanagement
  • Sie beraten unsere Fachbereiche und Projektteams als Sparringspartner und stellen sicher, dass Security-by-Design frühzeitig in neue Projekte integriert wird
  • Sie begleiten Vulnerability-, Patch- und Hardening-Maßnahmen und wirken bei der Einführung moderner Security-Lösungen mit
  • Sie identifizieren Schwachstellen, analysieren Risiken und begleiten die Bearbeitung von Sicherheitsvorfällen. Aus den gewonnenen Erkenntnissen leiten Sie geeignete Verbesserungsmaßnahmen ab
  • Sie wirken aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung unseres Informationssicherheitsmanagements (ISMS) mit und begleiten Audits sowie Compliance-Anforderungen
  • Sie entwickeln gemeinsam mit unseren Fachbereichen Lösungen, die Informationssicherheit und Geschäftserfolg gleichermaßen unterstützen

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Sie verfügen über ein Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation – alternativ über fundierte Praxiserfahrung in IT-Security, IT-Betrieb oder Cloud Services
  • Sie bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT-Sicherheit, Informationssicherheit oder IT-Infrastruktur mit
  • Sie besitzen gute Kenntnisse moderner IT-Infrastrukturen, Netzwerke, Betriebssysteme sowie Cloud-Technologien – vorzugsweise Microsoft Azure und Microsoft 365
  • Sie kennen relevante Standards und Frameworks wie ISO 27001, BSI IT-Grundschutz oder CIS Controls
  • Sie verfügen über Kenntnisse in Bereichen wie Schwachstellenmanagement, Web- und Applikationssicherheit, Identity & Access Management, Endpoint Security sowie Backup- und Recovery-Konzepten
  • Sie überzeugen durch analytisches Denken, Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen verständlich zu vermitteln
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift auf mind. C1-Niveau, da eine präzise Kommunikation mit internen Schnittstellen sowie die Erstellung / Pflege von u. A. Dokumentationen in deutscher Sprache wesentliche Bestandteile der Tätigkeit sind
