Regionalleitung / Area Sales Manager (m/w/d) für unseren SHK-Verband im Großraum Bayern

Unser Vertriebsteam ist das Gesicht und die Stimme unseres Verbandes in Richtung Handwerk und Industrie. Aus diesem Grund suchen wir nach einem Experten der SHK-Branche (m/w/d) der nicht nur einen ausgeprägten Fokus auf den Vertrieb unserer Verbandsleistungen legt, sondern gleichermaßen Kundenbedürfnisse versteht und lösungsorientiert handelt.

Das sind Ihre Aufgabenschwerpunkte

  • Beratung mit Substanz: Sie wissen, worauf es im SHK-Handwerk ankommt, und beraten unsere Handwerkspartner individuell und zielgerichtet – von der Betriebsführung bis hin zur Einkaufsoptimierung über unsere Lieferantenpartner.
  • Netzwerk ausbauen: Sie nehmen die Herausforderung gerne an, Ihre Vertriebsregion durch die Gewinnung neuer Handwerkspartner weiter auszubauen und zu stärken. In Ihrem Reisegebiet agieren Sie eigenverantwortlich und sind motiviert, nachhaltige Kundenbeziehungen aufzubauen und weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Vertrieb mit Herz und Verstand: Sie präsentieren unsere Verbandsdienstleistungen sowie die Angebote und Sortimente unserer 2- und 3-stufigen Lieferantenpartner überzeugend und finden es spannend, neue Impulse aus Handel und Industrie aufzunehmen und gleichermaßen einzubringen.
  • Gemeinsam stark: Sie pflegen einen engen Draht zu den Vertriebsorganisationen unserer Lieferantenpartner und nutzen Synergien für eine erfolgreiche Marktbearbeitung.
  • Markt im Blick: Sie beobachten Trends, erkennen Chancen und gestalten unser Verbandsangebot für SHK-Handwerksbetriebe und Lieferanten aktiv mit.

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene (kaufmännische) Ausbildung und idealerweise Berufserfahrungen in einer vertrieblich dienstleistungsorientierten Position innerhalb der Branche oder einem technischen Vertrieb
  • Erste Vertriebserfahrung im Außendienst sowie Freude daran, unterwegs zu sein und mit Menschen in den Austausch zu kommen
  • Verständnis für die Bedürfnisse innerhalb der SHK-Branche, sowie gute Vernetzung zu Handwerk und ggf. Industrie
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse in der Erfassung eines qualitätsorientierten und verlässlichen Berichtswesens mittels CRM-Tool
