Als IT-Systemadministrator (m/w/d) sind Sie das technische Rückgrat unseres Unternehmens. Sie stellen einen stabilen, sicheren und leistungsfähigen IT-Betrieb sicher und gestalten aktiv unsere digitale Weiterentwicklung mit. Dabei übernehmen Sie nicht nur administrative Aufgaben, sondern treiben moderne Cloud-Lösungen, Automatisierungen und innovative Technologien entscheidend mit voran.

Das sind Ihre Aufgabenschwerpunkte

  • Administration, Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung unserer Microsoft-Landschaft (Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Entra ID)
  • Betreuung von Cloud-Services, Netzwerken, Endgeräten und modernen Collaboration-Plattformen
  • Sicherstellung von Verfügbarkeit, Performance sowie Patch-, Backup- und Recovery-Prozessen
  • Analyse und nachhaltige Behebung technischer Störungen im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support
  • Mitarbeit in spannenden IT- und Digitalisierungsprojekten sowie Automatisierung von Geschäftsprozessen
  • Unterstützung in den Bereichen IT-Sicherheit, Berechtigungsmanagement und technische Beratung unserer Fachbereiche

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung, IT-Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Administration von Microsoft-Infrastrukturen und hybriden IT-Umgebungen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint und Entra ID
  • Erfahrung mit Windows Server, Virtualisierung, Backup- und Netzwerktechnologien
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Service- und Lösungsorientierung
  • Begeisterung für neue Technologien, Digitalisierung und kontinuierliche Weiterbildung
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift auf mind. C1-Niveau, da eine präzise Kommunikation mit internen Schnittstellen sowie die Erstellung / Pflege von u. A. Dokumentationen in deutscher Sprache wesentliche Bestandteile der Tätigkeit sind
