Als Sachbearbeitung in der Zentralregulierung sind Sie zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere spanischsprachigen Handelspartner und sorgen für die zuverlässige Abwicklung von Zahlungs- und Abrechnungsprozessen.

Mit Ihrer sorgfältigen Arbeitsweise und hohen Serviceorientierung leisten Sie einen wichtigen Beitrag zu einer hohen Servicequalität und reibungslosen kaufmännischen Prozessen.

Das sind Ihre Aufgabenschwerpunkte

  • Debitoren- und Kreditorenmanagement einschließlich der schriftlichen und telefonischen Korrespondenz mit Handelspartnern und Vertragslieferanten
  • Bearbeitung von Belegen sowie Durchführung von Abrechnungen im Rahmen der Zentralregulierung
  • Betreuung unserer spanischsprachigen Handelspartner sowie Unterstützung unserer deutschsprachigen Handelspartner
  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Meldelisten sowie Pflege relevanter Daten und Systeme
  • Unterstützung im Mahnwesen, Risiko-Controlling und Vertragswesen
  • Pflege von Stammdaten, Dokumentationen und digitalen Ablagen in SAP
  • Professionelle und serviceorientierte Kommunikation mit nationalen und internationalen Geschäftspartnern
  • Mitwirkung bei Projekten, Prozessoptimierungen und weiteren administrativen Aufgaben

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung in der Sachbearbeitung, idealerweise im Debitoren- oder Kreditorenmanagement
  • Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Anwendungen und eine ausgeprägte Software-Affinität
  • Kenntnisse in SAP sind von Vorteil
  • Fließende Spanischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
