La Maison sélectionne les meilleurs caviars d’élevage auprès de fermes partenaires à travers le monde, toutes engagées dans une démarche respectueuse du vivant et conformes aux plus hauts standards de qualité. Chaque caviar est ensuite affiné dans l’atelier à Mulcent, gage de maîtrise et de savoir-faire. Leader dans la conception de taramas, Le Comptoir du Caviar propose également une gamme riche de recettes originales, élaborées avec exigence et créativité. Engagée pour la préservation de la biodiversité, la maison soutient le programme du WWF France pour la sauvegarde des esturgeons sauvages.

Description du poste

Sous la responsabilité du Chef d’équipe de l’atelier tarama :

  • Préparer les recettes
  • Conditionner les produits selon les plannings de production

En dehors de sa mission principale de production dans l’atelier tarama, l’opérateur sera amené à :

  • Conditionner des oeufs de poisson selon les plannings de production
  • Réaliser le nettoyage et la désinfection des locaux et des équipements selon plans de nettoyage
  • Alimenter les zones de productions en consommables et matières premières et aider à la réception des matières premières
  • Réaliser le rangement et étiquetage des produits finis

Qualifications

Le Profil que nous recherchons :

  • Connaissance de l’agro-alimentaire, expérience dans un poste similaire appréciée
  • CACES apprécié
  • Respecter les règles d’hygiène, de sécurité et de qualité du site
  • Respect et partage de la culture de sécurité alimentaire
  • Être garant du respect et de la maîtrise des points de contrôles pour la sécurité alimentaire (contrôles
  • internes, CCP, PrPo)
  • Esprit d’équipe
