Émanation des Maisons Taillevent, Les Expériences de Taillevent proposent une offre exclusive répondant aux codes du Luxe, offrant la magie et l'excellence de la haute gastronomie au service des entreprises installées dans des propriétés parisiennes prestigieuse.

Dans le cadre d'une ouverture, nous recherchons notre futur(e) Chef de Cuisine (F/H), pour incarner et faire rayonner l'art culinaire à la française au sein d'un environnement d'exception situé à la Défense.

Description du poste

Vos missions clés

En véritable chef d'orchestre, vous assurerez la qualité et la régularité de l'expérience gastronomique proposée à nos convives.

Vous gérerez en totale autonomie la mise en place et la production culinaire quotidienne (environ 200cts/jour), dans le respect des standards de notre groupe.

Chaque jour, vous élaborerez une carte bistronomique (entrées,plats, desserts), reflet de l'excellence et du savoir-faire des Maisons Taillevent.

Vous concevrez et adapterez vos menus selon la saisonnalité et les attentes de la clientèle.

Vous maîtriserez les techniques culinaires haut de gamme et valoriserez les produits d'exception, tout en veillant à la cohérence et à la précision de chaque assiette. Vous garantirez le respect des normes d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire (HACCP) conformément au Plan de Maîtrise Sanitaire. Vous participerez à la réception et au contrôle des marchandises, au rangement des stocks, ainsi qu'à l'entretien du matériel et de la cuisine.

Enfin, vous serez l'ambassadeur de la satisfaction client, en offrant chaque jour une expérience sur mesure, élégante et mémorable.

Qualifications

Le Profil recherché

Vous justifiez d'une expérience confirmée en restauration gastronomique ou dans un environnement d'exception. Vous possédez une solide maîtrise technique et un goût prononcé pour la création culinaire à partir de produits frais et de saison.

Autonome, rigoureux(se) et passionné(e), vous savez allier créativité, exigence et sens du détail. Votre professionnalisme, votre sens de l'organisation et votre esprit de service font de vous un véritable artisan de l'excellence.
