Description du poste

Vos missions clés

  • Accueillir les clients avec élégance, attention et professionnalisme.
  • Assurer un service personnalisé et veiller au bon déroulement du repas.
  • Garantir une prestation de qualité, conformément aux standards de service de Drouant.
  • Effectuer les différentes opérations de mise en place, de service, de nettoyage et de rangement.
  • Présenter et expliquer les plats et les différentes propositions de la carte.
  • Conseiller les clients dans leurs choix et répondre avec précision à leurs demandes.
  • Être attentif aux besoins de la clientèle tout au long du service.
  • Participer activement à la satisfaction et à la fidélisation des clients.
  • Organiser et superviser le travail des Commis de Salle affectés à votre rang.
  • Assurer une bonne coordination avec l'ensemble de l'équipe de salle et les équipes de cuisine.
  • Veiller à la parfaite tenue de votre rang et au respect des standards de la Maison.
  • Faire preuve de réactivité et d'anticipation afin de garantir un service fluide et discret.
  • Contribuer à maintenir une excellente relation avec une clientèle française et internationale.

Qualifications

Le Profil que nous recherchons

  • Diplômé(e) d'une école hôtelière ou d'une formation équivalente.
  • Une première expérience réussie en restauration, idéalement dans un établissement gastronomique, hôtelier ou haut de gamme.
  • Excellente présentation et sens du détail.
  • Excellent relationnel et véritable sens de l'accueil.
  • Rigueur, organisation et capacité à gérer les priorités.
  • Esprit d'équipe et sens de la collaboration.
  • Dynamisme, élégance dans l'attitude et sens de l'anticipation.
  • Goût du service et de la satisfaction client.
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais indispensable.

Rémunération de 2700€ brut mensuel

  • Repos fixe de 2 jours consécutifs hebdomadaire

  • Repas fournis par Drouant, au restaurant du personnel.
