Description du poste

Vos missions clés

  • S’assurer du bon fonctionnement du point de vente restauration, de l’organisation et de la fluidité du service
  • Superviser l’équipe du restaurant en collaboration avec les supérieurs hiérarchiques : connaissance parfaite par l’ensemble de l’équipe des différentes offres et menus proposés à la clientèle
  • S’assurer de la satisfaction des clients tout au long de leur repas
  • Être force de proposition et de conseil aux clients dans leur choix de plats ou de menus
  • Maximiser de manière discrète et efficace les ventes additionnelles

Qualifications

Le Profil que nous recherchons

  • 3 années d'expériences requises pour tenir le poste en brasserie haut de gamme de préférence
  • Rigueur, organisation, travail en équipe, bonne communication et gestion du stress
  • Maîtrise des techniques d'art de la table et de service
  • Niveau avancé à courant en Anglais
