Estamos en busca de un experimentado y altamente capacitado Gerente de Operaciones para liderar nuestras operaciones mineras y de procesamiento. Si eres un ingeniero minero con experiencia, con sólidos conocimientos en minería subterránea, mantenimiento de equipos, relaciones comunitarias, gestión de plantas, y posees experiencia en metalurgia y geología de explotación, te animamos a unirte al equipo. Responsabilidades: Dirigir y gestionar las actividades diarias de minería y procesamiento, con un enfoque especial en la mina, asegurando una extracción y procesamiento eficientes de los recursos. Aplicar tu amplio conocimiento de metales base, especialmente cobre, plomo, zinc, etc., para optimizar la producción y la calidad Utilizar tu experiencia en minería subterránea para mejorar las operaciones mineras, la seguridad y el mantenimiento de equipos. Construir y mantener relaciones positivas con la comunidad local, demostrando un compromiso con prácticas mineras responsables. Supervisar las operaciones de la planta de procesamiento para cumplir con los objetivos de producción y estándares de calidad. Aplicar tu experiencia en metalurgia y geología de explotación para optimizar los procesos. Participar activamente en las operaciones, brindando orientación práctica al equipo. Requirements 10+ años de experiencia en operaciones mineras de metales base. Amplia experiencia en minería subterránea, mantenimiento de equipos, relaciones comunitarias, gestión de plantas, y metalurgia.
