Como Gerente General, asumirá un papel crucial en la promoción de la excelencia operativa, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares regulatorios y cultivando una cultura de seguridad, trabajo en equipo y productividad. Responsabilidades: Proporcionar dirección estratégica y supervisar las operaciones diarias de la mina, incluyendo producción, mantenimiento, seguridad y control de calidad. Garantizar el cumplimiento de todas las regulaciones mineras locales, nacionales e internacionales, así como de los estándares ambientales y de seguridad. Administrar presupuestos, controlar costos e implementar estrategias rentables para optimizar la producción manteniendo la rentabilidad. Reclutar, capacitar y liderar un equipo de alto rendimiento, fomentando un entorno de trabajo positivo que promueva el crecimiento, la colaboración y la responsabilidad. Cultivar relaciones positivas con las comunidades locales, agencias gubernamentales y partes interesadas relevantes, manteniendo una comunicación abierta y abordando preocupaciones de manera oportuna y efectiva. Identificar oportunidades para la optimización de procesos, ganancias de eficiencia y adopción de tecnología para mejorar la productividad y sostenibilidad en general. Requirements Amplia experiencia en un cargo de liderazgo dentro de la industria minera, con un historial comprobado de exitosa gestión minera. Conocimiento sólido de las operaciones mineras, incluyendo extracción, procesamiento y logística. Conocimiento profundo de las regulaciones mineras pertinentes, cumplimiento ambiental y protocolos de seguridad. Habilidad demostrada en finanzas, con la capacidad de administrar presupuestos, analizar costos y tomar decisiones basadas en datos. Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación, con la capacidad de construir y mantener relaciones positivas con stakeholders internos y externos. Fuertes habilidades de resolución de problemas y toma de decisiones, con una mentalidad orientada a resultados.
