Como Gerente de Planta, asumirá un papel crucial en la promoción de la excelencia operativa, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares regulatorios Responsabilidades: Proporcionar dirección estratégica y supervisar las operaciones diarias de la planta minera Garantizar la eficiencia en la producción, mantenimiento y seguridad, optimizando los procesos para cumplir con los objetivos establecidos. Asegurarse de que todas las operaciones cumplan con las regulaciones mineras locales y nacionales, así como los estándares de seguridad y ambientales. Administrar presupuestos, controlar costos y desarrollar estrategias para maximizar la eficiencia y rentabilidad de la planta. Dirigir y motivar a un equipo multidisciplinario, promoviendo un ambiente de trabajo positivo y seguro. Cultivar relaciones positivas con las comunidades locales, autoridades gubernamentales y otros stakeholders relevantes. Identificar y liderar iniciativas de mejora continua en procesos operativos, tecnologías y prácticas sostenibles. Requirements Experiencia sólida en roles de liderazgo en operaciones mineras subterráneas. Conocimiento profundo de regulaciones mineras, seguridad y prácticas ambientales. Habilidades financieras demostradas y capacidad para tomar decisiones basadas en datos. Competencia en español (escrito y hablado), inglés preferido.
