Wat ga je doen?

  • Je werkt met elkaar aan de constante kwaliteit van onze fietsen.
  • Samen met je team zorg je voor een veilige, prettige en georganiseerde werkplek.
  • Je doet verbetervoorstellen en vertaalt deze naar best practices.
  • Jij ondersteunt de monteurs waar nodig met de assemblage van fietsen.
  • Je houdt de roosterplanning en administratie netjes bij in SAP.
  • Met jouw voorbeeldfunctie draag je bij aan een fijne werksfeer.

Jouw achtergrond

  • Technische affiniteit (zoals het sleutelen aan auto’s, brommers en fietsen) en bij voorkeur ervaring in het monteren van fietsen
  • Mbo werk- en denkniveau en zelfstandig kunnen werken.
  • Duidelijk in je communicatie en anderen kunnen aanspreken.
  • Je bent sociaal ingesteld en je krijgt energie van het werken met veel collega’s.
  • Je bent leergierig weet op termijn hoe de planning werkt, net zoals Kanban.
  • Nederlands is de voertaal.
  • Je woont in de buurt van Dieren.

Jouw arbeidsvoorwaarden

  • Een bruto salaris tussen € 3.300,- en € 3.900,- bij een fulltime dienstverband
  • Een dienstverband tussen de 32 en 40 uur per week.
  • Werktijden van 07.00 tot 15.30 uur.
  • Interne opleiding tot fietstechnicus.
  • 40 (!) vakantiedagen.
  • Een goede bonusregeling.
  • Voor veilige bedrijfskleding wordt gezorgd.
  • een goede pensioenregeling.
  • Ruime opleidings- en ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden.
