Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen erfahrenen und motivierten Administrator Payroll Services (w/m/d), der nicht nur Zahlen liebt, sondern auch Verantwortung übernimmt.

In dieser spannenden Rolle bist Du verantwortlich für alles rund ums Thema Entgeltabrechnung:

  • Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung der gesamten Payroll unter Berücksichtigung gesetzlicher, tariflicher und sozialversicherungsrechtlicher Vorgaben.
  • Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeitende, Führungskräfte und interne Schnittstellen – auch bei internationalen Entsendungen.
  • Selbstständige Betreuung betrieblicher Altersvorsorgen.
  • Kommunikation mit Krankenkassen und Behörden sowie Unterstützung bei Prüfungen.
  • Mitwirkung in spannenden lokalen und globalen HR/Payroll-Projekten.
  • Unterstützung bei Jahresabschlussaktivitäten (z. B. Urlaubsüberträge prüfen, Lohnsteuerbescheinigungen erstellen, SV-Meldungen etc.).

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Inhouse Payroll
  • Sicherer Umgang mit SAP, S/4 Hana in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
  • Zahlenaffinität und eine strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamgeist, Serviceorientierung und Belastbarkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse.
