Il tuo ruolo

In questo ruolo sarai responsabile dello sviluppo commerciale per il mercato di riferimento, con un focus sulle soluzioni tecnologiche per l’industria alimentare. Avrai un impatto diretto sulla crescita del business, gestendo trattative complesse con clienti strategici e coordinando stakeholder interni ed esterni.

Le tue responsabilità

  • Sviluppare il mercato e il portafoglio clienti nell’area assegnata, identificando nuove opportunità di business.
  • Gestire l’intero ciclo di vendita, incluse trattative complesse con key account e negoziazioni su investimenti rilevanti.
  • Coordinare agenti e partner.
  • Collaborare con funzioni interne (tecnica, legale, finance, operations) per garantire offerte competitive e conformi.
  • Assicurare il rispetto dei principi di Compliance, Data Protection, Modello 231, Salute e Sicurezza e Sostenibilità.
  • Contribuire alla definizione delle strategie commerciali e al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita.

Your Profile / Qualifications

Cosa cerchiamo in te

  • Solida conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata.
  • Background in tecnologie alimentari, ingegneria alimentare o discipline affini.
  • Esperienza in ambito vendite, preferibilmente su soluzioni tecniche o processi complessi.
  • Attitudine a lavorare per obiettivi e in autonomia nello sviluppo del mercato.
  • Capacità di operare in contesti multinazionali e in organizzazioni funzionali.
  • Disponibilità alla mobilità sul territorio.

Plus che fanno la differenza

  • Familiarità con processi di vendita complessi e negoziazioni multi-stakeholder.
  • Esperienza nel settore food & beverage o process technologies.

Inserimento previsto con CCNL Metalmeccanico.

La fascia retributiva indicativa prevista per il ruolo è compresa tra 55 e 70 K di RAL e sarà valutata sulla base di esperienza, competenze tecniche, livello di autonomia e allineamento con il mercato di riferimento.

L’offerta economica complessiva potrà includere eventuali componenti variabili e ulteriori benefit aziendali, che saranno approfonditi nel corso del processo di selezione.
