  • Leitung von Industrialisierungs- und Verbesserungsprojekten in Produktion und Montage von der Analyse bis zur nachhaltigen Umsetzung
  • Durchführung von Status Quo Analysen der Leistungsfähigkeit sowie Definition und Umsetzung messbarer Verbesserungen in Produktivität, Qualität, Lieferperformance und Kosten
  • Entwicklung und Optimierung von Fertigungslayouts, Montagekonzepten, Arbeitsplätzen und Materialflüssen
  • Erstellung und Umsetzung von Roadmaps, Arbeitspaketen sowie Ressourcen- und Meilensteinplänen für Optimierungsinitiativen
  • Aufbau und Optimierung von Endmontage-, Qualitäts-, PDI- und FAT-Prozessen sowie Unterstützung relevanter Supply-Chain-Themen
  • Anwendung von Lean- und Operational-Excellence-Methoden, Steuerung von Stakeholdern, Coaching lokaler Teams und Sicherstellung nachhaltiger Ergebnisse durch KPI-Management und Best-Practice-Transfer

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens, Maschinenbaus oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation mit relevanter Praxiserfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering oder Operational Excellence mit nachweisbaren Erfolgen in Produktions- und Montageprojekten
  • Erfahrung in Engineer-to-Order- oder vergleichbaren Fertigungsumgebungen sowie fundiertes Verständnis der Schnittstellen zwischen Engineering, Produktion, Qualität und Supply Chain
  • Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Operational Performance Management sowie in der Entwicklung von Fertigungslayouts und Montagekonzepten
  • Starke Fähigkeiten im Projekt-, Change- und Stakeholder-Management sowie eine analytische und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise mit Fokus auf KPI- und Benefit-Tracking
  • Hohe Präsenz auf dem Shopfloor in Wallau sowie Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen zu anderen Standorten für Benchmarking und Projektunterstützung
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
