Contexte de la mission Nous recherchons un Business Analyst expérimenté pour intervenir sur un périmètre de conception fonctionnelle dans le cadre d’une mission longue au sein du secteur public. Le démarrage est souhaité dès que possible afin d’assurer une passation dans de bonnes conditions. Missions principales Recueillir, analyser et formaliser les besoins métier. Réaliser les travaux de conception fonctionnelle. Rédiger les spécifications fonctionnelles détaillées. Assurer l’interface entre les équipes métier et les interlocuteurs concernés. Faciliter les échanges et contribuer à la bonne compréhension des besoins. Participer à la passation et à la continuité des activités. Modalités de travail Localisation : Paris. Télétravail : 2 jours par semaine après la période de passation. Démarrage : ASAP. Profil Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en tant que Business Analyst. Solide expérience en conception fonctionnelle et en rédaction de spécifications détaillées. Bonne capacité à recueillir, analyser et formaliser les besoins métier. Aisance dans les échanges avec les équipes métier et les différents interlocuteurs. Une connaissance du secteur de la santé constitue un plus. Posture professionnelle sérieuse, mature et rigoureuse. Capacité à prendre rapidement connaissance du contexte et à assurer une passation efficace. Disponibilité pour un démarrage ASAP. Informations contractuelles Type de contrat : Freelance — assistance technique Durée : Mission longue Date de démarrage : ASAP, à confirmer Localisation : Paris, France Organisation du travail : Présence sur site pendant la passation, puis 2 jours de télétravail par semaine. Expérience requise : Minimum 5 ans en Business Analysis. Environnement : Conception fonctionnelle, AMOA, infrastructure et cloud. Secteur : Administration publique. Connaissance complémentaire appréciée : Secteur de la santé.
