Contexte de la mission Dans le secteur de l’assurance, nous recherchons un Data Scientist IA confirmé, spécialisé en MLOps / LLMOps, pour assurer l’exploitation opérationnelle, la maintenance et les évolutions mineures d’une plateforme d’intelligence artificielle générative en production. L’objectif est de garantir la continuité de service, la performance, la sécurité et la fiabilité de la plateforme, tout en renforçant son industrialisation. Missions principales Assurer le Run et le maintien en conditions opérationnelles de la plateforme IA. Analyser et corriger les anomalies, traiter les demandes récurrentes et gérer le backlog. Réaliser les opérations de maintenance et les évolutions mineures. Surveiller les performances des composants IA, notamment les mécanismes de RAG, et proposer des améliorations. Renforcer les pratiques MLOps / LLMOps, l’observabilité et les chaînes CI/CD. Automatiser les tâches récurrentes et les tests, notamment les jeux de tests et les tests d’intégration. Contribuer au respect des exigences de sécurité et de conformité RGPD. Participer aux expérimentations en laboratoire et accompagner leur industrialisation dans les socles techniques. Environnement technique Développement : Python, API, React. IA générative : LangChain, LangGraph, Langfuse, Mistral AI, Vertex AI, RAG. Base de données : PostgreSQL vectorisé. Cloud : GCP, S3NS, Cloud Run, GCS. Industrialisation et exploitation : MLOps, LLMOps, DevOps, CI/CD et observabilité. Profil Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en tant que Data Scientist. Maîtrise de la stack technique mentionnée et des environnements d’IA générative. Double compétence en IA générative et en exploitation / industrialisation de plateformes. Expérience pratique du Run, du maintien en conditions opérationnelles et de la gestion des incidents. Capacité à investiguer les anomalies, identifier leurs causes et mettre en œuvre des corrections. Connaissance des pratiques MLOps / LLMOps, CI/CD et observabilité. Expérience en automatisation des opérations et des tests. Compréhension des enjeux de performance des architectures RAG. Sensibilité aux exigences de sécurité et de conformité RGPD. Profil autonome, pragmatique, débrouillard et capable de proposer des solutions adaptées. Positionnement attendu : profil orienté exploitation, automatisation, maintenance et industrialisation des plateformes IA, plutôt que développement de fonctionnalités complexes entièrement nouvelles. Informations contractuelles Type de contrat : Freelance — assistance technique Durée : Mission longue Localisation : Paris, France Organisation du travail : Hybride, avec 3 jours sur site et 2 jours de télétravail par semaine. Expérience requise : 5 ans minimum en Data Science. Secteur : Assurance.
