Elaborar, revisar e negociar contratos comerciais, de fornecimento, distribuição, prestação de serviços e parcerias, assegurando condições favoráveis e conformidade legal.

Acompanhar e assessorar questões societárias, incluindo alterações contratuais/estatutárias, atas, procurações e demais atos corporativos.

Monitorar e orientar sobre exigências regulatórias e ambientais.

Prestar suporte jurídico preventivo e consultivo às demais áreas da empresa, analisando riscos e propondo soluções.

Acompanhar processos judiciais e administrativos em conjunto com escritórios externos, quando aplicável, controlando prazos, provisões e desdobramentos.

Auxiliar na condução de due diligences, fusões, aquisições e demais operações societárias estratégicas.

Elaborar pareceres jurídicos e notas técnicas sobre temas relevantes para o negócio.

Apoiar na atualização e implementação de políticas internas de compliance, incluindo diretrizes de proteção de dados (LGPD), prevenção a fraudes e conformidade regulatória.

Acompanhar alterações legislativas e regulatórias relevantes para o setor, comunicando impactos às áreas afetadas.

Competências Técnicas Exigidas

Ensino superior completo em Direito, com OAB ativa.

Pós-graduação, MBA ou especialização em Direito Empresarial, Societário, Tributário, Ambiental ou Agronegócio é considerada um diferencial.

Experiência comprovada na elaboração e negociação de contratos complexos e no acompanhamento de temas regulatórios e societários.

Experiência comprovada em Processo Civil;

Inglês intermediário, especialmente no que se refere ao inglês jurídico voltado para contratos, obrigações e processual;

Conhecimento técnico em Direito Civil, Empresarial/Societário, Contratual, Regulatório/Ambiental e noções de Direito Tributário e Trabalhista.

Conhecimento em LGPD e boas práticas de compliance.

Familiaridade com legislação aplicável ao setor de fertilizantes e insumos agrícolas é desejável.

Pacote Office.

Conhecimento de ferramentas de gestão jurídica.

Ter ótima redação e retórica;

Proatividade e capacidade de interpretação e interação sobre o modelo de negócio da empresa e seus mais diversos departamento, visto que, é necessário dar suporte a todos nem sempre estando diretamente ligado ao Direito ou à atividade da advocacia.
