  • Principais responsabilidades: - Elaborar, analisar e revisar contratos empresariais de diferentes naturezas; - Revisar cláusulas contratuais, identificando riscos jurídicos, obrigações, responsabilidades e pontos de atenção para a empresa; - Elaborar e revisar contratos de prestação de serviços, fornecimento, compra e venda, parcerias comerciais, termos de confidencialidade (NDA), aditivos, distratos e demais instrumentos relacionados às operações da empresa; - Propor alterações e adequações de cláusulas visando reduzir riscos jurídicos e proteger os interesses da empresa; - Apoiar as áreas internas na interpretação de contratos e obrigações assumidas; - Participar das tratativas e negociações de cláusulas contratuais com fornecedores, parceiros e demais terceiros; - Acompanhar alterações contratuais, renovações, aditivos e encerramentos; - Apoiar na padronização de minutas, modelos e procedimentos contratuais; - Garantir que os contratos estejam alinhados às políticas internas e à legislação aplicável; - Realizar pesquisas e análises jurídicas relacionadas ao Direito Empresarial e Contratual; - Trabalhar de forma próxima às áreas comercial, financeira, administrativa e demais áreas envolvidas nas contratações. Requisitos Formação superior completa em Direito;
  • OAB Ativa; Experiência prévia com elaboração, análise e revisão de contratos empresariais; Conhecimento sólido em Direito Contratual e Direito Empresarial; Capacidade de identificar e avaliar riscos jurídicos em contratos; Boa redação jurídica e atenção aos detalhes; Capacidade de interpretar cláusulas contratuais considerando tanto os aspectos jurídicos quanto os impactos para o negócio; Organização e capacidade de administrar diferentes demandas e prazos; Boa comunicação e habilidade para interação com áreas não jurídicas.
