Generate Recruitment Agency saat ini bekerja sama salah satu client potensial kami yang bergerak di bidang teknologi berbasis ion dan solusi lingkungan dalam pencarian talenta terbaik untuk mengisi posisi Account Executive.

Posisi ini bertanggung jawab untuk mengembangkan peluang bisnis baru, melakukan pendekatan dan presentasi kepada calon klien, serta menawarkan solusi teknologi sesuai kebutuhan klien. Kandidat diharapkan memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan pitching yang baik, berpengalaman dalam penjualan B2B.

Job Responsibility:

  • Mengidentifikasi dan mengembangkan peluang bisnis baru untuk produk atau solusi berbasis teknologi ion.
  • Melakukan pendekatan, pitching, dan presentasi kepada calon klien terkait manfaat serta keunggulan solusi yang ditawarkan.
  • Memahami kebutuhan klien dan memberikan solusi yang sesuai melalui pendekatan consultative selling.
  • Melakukan riset pasar dan analisis kompetitor di industri teknologi dan solusi lingkungan.
  • Membangun serta menjaga hubungan jangka panjang dengan klien.
  • Melakukan kunjungan lapangan dan tindak lanjut kepada calon klien untuk mencapai target penjualan.
  • Mengembangkan jaringan bisnis dan mengoptimalkan peluang kerja sama dengan klien potensial.

Requirements:

  • Wanita, dengan rentang usia 23–27 tahun.
  • Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK sederajat.
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang sales, khususnya B2B.
  • Terbiasa melakukan pitching, presentasi, dan negosiasi dengan klien
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, interpersonal, dan persuasi yang baik
  • Wajib memiliki SIM A dan mampu mengendarai mobil.
  • Bersedia bekerja secara mobile dan melakukan kunjungan langsung ke calon klien.
  • Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.
  • Terbiasa bekerja di bawah tekanan dan berorientasi pada target.
  • Diutamakan berdomisili di Jakarta, Bogor, atau Bekasi
  • Memiliki inisiatif tinggi, cepat belajar, dan mampu membangun hubungan profesional dengan klien.

Benefit:

  • Gaji pokok Rp4.000.000–Rp5.000.000
  • Komisi penjualan di luar gaji pokok
  • THR sebesar 1 kali gaji pokok
  • Bonus tahunan sebesar 1 kali gaji pokok
  • BPJS Kesehatan

Catatan benefit: THR dan bonus tahunan mengikuti ketentuan serta kebijakan perusahaan setelah kandidat menyelesaikan masa kontrak awal selama 3 bulan.

WFA / Mobile Working — pekerjaan dapat dilakukan dari luar kantor sesuai area pencarian dan kunjungan klien.

Hari dan jam kerja fleksibel mengikuti kebutuhan aktivitas lapangan.

Posisi ini berorientasi pada pencapaian target serta aktivitas penjualan dan kunjungan klien.
