📍 Penempatan: Tangerang | Full-time Position | WFO

Generate Recruitment Agency saat ini bekerja sama client pontensial kami—sebuah perusahaan bereputasi tinggi yang bergerak di bidang FMCG & Distribusi Nasional untuk area Tangerang.

Kami mencari seorang profesional di bidang Accounting & Finance (Preferably Female) yang berintegritas tinggi, analitis, serta siap mengambil peran strategis dalam mengelola operasional keuangan dan perpajakan perusahaan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mengendalikan pencatatan transaksi harian, mengelola software akuntansi (Accurate/SAP/Jurnal), serta berkontribusi langsung dalam penyusunan Laporan Laba Rugi dan Neraca bulanan.
  • Bertanggung jawab atas pengelolaan e-Faktur (Pajak Masukan & Keluaran) serta rekapitulasi PPh (PPh 21, 23, dan 4 ayat 2) secara akurat.
  • Mengelola petty cash, cash count, dan melakukan rekonsiliasi kas/bank dengan rekening koran secara berkala.
  • Mengawasi tagihan vendor, mengatur skema pembayaran, menerbitkan invoice, serta memantau umur piutang (aging).
  • Memastikan keabsahan dan kelengkapan seluruh dokumen transaksi (PO, Invoice, Surat Jalan) sebelum diproses.

Key Qualifications:

  • Min. SMK / D3 / S1 Akuntansi atau Keuangan.
  • Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di posisi Accounting/Finance Admin (pengalaman dari industri Retail, FMCG, atau Distribusi akan menjadi nilai tambah yang signifikan).
  • Mahir mengoperasikan Microsoft Excel tingkat lanjut (VLOOKUP, PIVOT, IF).
  • Terbiasa bekerja dengan Software Akuntansi dan aplikasi e-Faktur.
  • Memahami konsep dasar penjurnalan, rekonsiliasi, PPN, dan PPh.
  • Detail-oriented) serta terbiasa bekerja dengan target penutupan buku (closing) bulanan.

Work Details:

  • Work System: WFO
  • Working Days: Senin–Jumat
  • Working Hours: 08.30–17.00

Compensation & Benefit:

  • Monthly Salary: Up to Rp6.000.000 / month
  • Employment Status: Contract Basis
  • Benefits: BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, dan jenjang pengembangan karier di industri terkemuka.
