Penempatan: Karadenan, Cibinong | Full-time Position

Generate Recruitment Agency bekerja sama dengan klien kami, perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang distribusi, dalam mencari kandidat terbaik untuk posisi Accounting & Tax Admin.

Posisi ini akan bertanggung jawab dalam pengelolaan administrasi akuntansi dan perpajakan perusahaan, mulai dari proses penjurnalan, rekonsiliasi transaksi, hingga monitoring dan pelaporan pajak untuk memastikan seluruh aktivitas keuangan berjalan secara akurat dan sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Melakukan proses jurnal bank dan rekonsiliasi harian jurnal.
  • Menyusun jurnal akhir bulan seperti penyusutan, asuransi, sewa gedung, dan jurnal penyesuaian lainnya.
  • Melakukan proses serta monitoring faktur pajak keluaran dan masukan.
  • Melakukan rekonsiliasi PPN dan PPh serta monitoring transaksi PPN keluaran dan masukan.
  • Melakukan rekonsiliasi harian pembelian dan retur pembelian terkait perpajakan.
  • Memastikan seluruh pencatatan akuntansi dan perpajakan dilakukan secara tepat, akurat, dan sesuai regulasi.

Requirements:

  • Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Akuntansi atau Perpajakan.
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun sebagai Accounting & Tax, terutama di perusahaan FMCG atau distributor.
  • Memiliki sertifikasi Brevet A dan/atau Brevet B.
  • Menguasai proses akuntansi lengkap (jurnal, closing, laporan keuangan, AR/AP, dan rekonsiliasi).
  • Teliti, memiliki kemampuan analisis yang baik, serta mampu bekerja dengan deadline.
