Penempatan: Tangerang | Full-time Position

Generate Recruitment Agency saat ini bekerja sama dengan client potensial kami yang bergerak diperusahaan manufaktur nasional dalam pencarian talenta terbaik untuk mengisi posisi Business Development.

Peran ini bertanggung jawab untuk mendorong pertumbuhan pendapatan perusahaan melalui pengembangan kemitraan B2B strategis, akuisisi klien baru, dan pengelolaan siklus penjualan berbasis proyek secara menyeluruh.

Job Responsibility:

  • Mengidentifikasi potensi pasar, memprospek calon klien B2B, dan mengeksekusi strategi penjualan berbasis proyek (project sales).
  • Membangun serta memperluas jaringan kemitraan strategis dengan klien baru maupun existing untuk mendorong repeat order.
  • Menyiapkan dan mempresentasikan proposal, quotation, serta solusi produk yang relevan dengan kebutuhan klien.
  • Melakukan negosiasi bisnis hingga mencapai kesepakatan (deal closing)
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal (Desain, Produksi, & Terkait) untuk memastikan spesifikasi proyek sesuai permintaan klien.
  • Memantau siklus berjalan proyek dan mengantisipasi/menangani kendala teknis hingga penyerahan selesai.

Requirements:

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 (Teknik, Marketing, Manajemen)
  • Pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun di bidang Business Development, Sales Executive, atau posisi relevan
  • Memiliki pengalaman dalam B2B Sales dan/atau project-based sales
  • Pengalaman di industri Manufaktur menjadi nilai tambah
  • Memiliki kemampuan AutoCAD menjadi nilai tambah
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, presentasi, dan negosiasi yang baik
  • Memiliki kemampuan analisis dan pengembangan peluang bisnis
  • Memiliki SIM A/C yang masih berlaku dan bersedia untuk melakukan perjalanan dinas
