Placement: Jakarta – Full Time Position

Generate Recruitment Agency bekerja sama dengan salah satu klien kami yang bergerak di industri Maklon Kosmetik sedang membuka kesempatan bagi profesional berpengalaman untuk bergabung sebagai Business Development Manager. Kami mencari individu yang memiliki pemahaman kuat mengenai industri beauty, mampu mengembangkan konsep produk, serta membangun hubungan bisnis dengan brand owner dan customer B2B.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Mengembangkan peluang bisnis baru dan menjalin hubungan dengan brand owner, distributor, serta customer B2B.
  • Memberikan konsultasi dan rekomendasi konsep produk sesuai tren pasar dan kebutuhan customer.
  • Berkolaborasi dengan tim Research & Development (R&D), Regulatory, dan Production dalam proses pengembangan produk.
  • Melakukan presentasi, negosiasi, dan closing project maklon kosmetik.
  • Menganalisis tren industri, kompetitor, dan peluang pasar untuk mendukung strategi bisnis.
  • Mengelola dan memastikan seluruh proses pengembangan produk berjalan secara efektif dan sesuai timeline.
  • Menyusun laporan aktivitas bisnis dan pencapaian target kepada manajemen.

Kualifikasi

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 Farmasi, Kimia, Teknologi Kosmetik, Teknik Kimia, Bioteknologi, Marketing, Manajemen, atau jurusan terkait.
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di industri maklon kosmetik, skincare, body care, personal care, atau FMCG beauty.
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun sebagai Business Development Manager, Marketing Manager, atau posisi setara.
  • Memahami formulasi kosmetik, bahan aktif, tren beauty, serta proses bisnis maklon kosmetik.
  • Memahami regulasi BPOM, CPKB, dan Halal menjadi nilai tambah.
  • Memiliki kemampuan consultative selling, presentasi, negosiasi, dan komunikasi yang baik.
  • Berorientasi pada target, memiliki kemampuan analisis bisnis, serta mampu membangun hubungan jangka panjang dengan customer.
