Generate Recruitment Agency saat ini bekerja sama dengan klien kami, sebuah lembaga pendidikan & language center terkemuka yang berfokus pada pengembangan kemampuan bahasa asing profesional dan akademik.

Kami membuka kesempatan karier bagi tenaga pendidik profesional untuk bergabung sebagai Tutor Mandarin, bertanggung jawab dalam memfasilitasi proses pembelajaran yang interaktif, menyusun materi ajar yang terstruktur, serta memantau perkembangan siswa secara efektif.

Jobdesk & tanggung jawab:

  • Mengajar bahasa Mandarin secara efektif dengan fokus pada penguasaan pinyin, hanzi, grammar, serta conversational skill sesuai jenjang siswa.
  • Menyusun dan menyiapkan modul, materi ajar, serta media pembelajaran yang terstruktur sebelum sesi kelas dimulai.
  • Melakukan update berkala terhadap tingkat penguasaan materi siswa serta mengukur pencapaian target belajar secara individu.
  • Menyusun catatan evaluasi dan progres siswa untuk diserahkan kepada manajemen atau orang tua/wali siswa secara transparan.
  • Memberikan bimbingan tambahan bagi siswa yang membutuhkan penyesuaian ritme belajar atau persiapan ujian kualifikasi Mandarin.

Kualifikasi:

  • Minimal S1 (diutamakan jurusan Pendidikan Bahasa Mandarin, Sastra Mandarin, atau bidang terkait).
  • Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman mengajar bahasa Mandarin minimal dua tahun di lembaga pendidikan, sekolah, atau tutoring center.
  • Mahir dan lancar berbahasa Mandarin secara lisan maupun tulisan (speaking, listening, reading, dan writing) serta memiliki sertifikasi HSK resmi (diutamakan HSK 5 / HSK 6 atau HSKK).
  • Mampu menyusun materi serta menerapkan metodologi pengajaran yang interaktif dan adaptif sesuai target pemahaman siswa.
  • Mampu berkomunikasi dalam bahasa Inggris secara aktif untuk mendukung proses pengajaran yang lebih efektif (bilingual teaching).
  • Komunikatif, sabar, memiliki komitmen tinggi dalam dunia pendidikan, serta mampu mengevaluasi perkembangan belajar siswa secara objektif.
