Generate Recruitment Agency saat ini bekerja sama dengan klien kami—sebuah grup perusahaan berkembang di Surabaya yang memiliki beberapa unit usaha—sedang mencari Satu orang profesional untuk menangani urusan HR Legal. Posisi ini sangat cocok untuk kamu yang teliti, rapi, detail oriented serta komunikatif.

Jobdesk:

  • Mengelola seluruh siklus rekrutmen mulai dari penayangan iklan hingga onboarding, mengurus administrasi harian karyawan (kontrak kerja, absensi, cuti), mengeksekusi perhitungan payroll, BPJS, Asuransi Allianz, serta menyiapkan data PPh 21.
  • Mengawasi kepatuhan Peraturan Perusahaan dan SOP, serta merancang program training untuk pengembangan keterampilan karyawan.
  • Membantu penyusunan berbagai draft kontrak kerja sama (supplier, customer, sewa-menyewa), serta mengurus legalitas dasar perusahaan (Akta, NIB) melalui portal OSS.
  • Mengawal kepatuhan regulasi (compliance) dengan mengurus perizinan operasional tingkat lanjut, seperti izin pemanfaatan limbah B3, AMDAL Lalu Lintas, hingga perizinan.
  • Menyusun, memverifikasi, dan merapikan seluruh dokumen ekspor utama maupun pendukung, seperti Invoice, Packing List, serta Certificate of Origin (COO) / Surat Keterangan Asal (SKA).
  • Berkoordinasi dengan pihak EMKL terkait alokasi kontainer dan jadwal keberangkatan kapal, serta turun langsung ke lapangan untuk memantau dan mendampingi tim saat proses pemuatan barang (stuffing).

Kualifikasi:

  • Pendidikan S1 Hukum, S1 Psikologi, atau S1 Ilmu Komunikasi.
  • Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 1–2 tahun di bidang HR, Legal, dan/atau Dokumen Ekspor
  • Memahami dasar-dasar UU Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS, dan sistem payroll.
  • Memahami penyusunan drafting kontrak serta prosedur perizinan usaha via OSS.
  • Memiliki ketelitian tinggi, detail oriented, dan komunikatif.
  • Nilai Plus: Pernah mengurus dokumen ekspor (COO/SKA, EMKL) dan memiliki kemampuan bahasa Inggris yang baik.
