Penempatan: Jakarta Barat | Full-time Position | WFO

Generate Recruitment Agency saat ini bekerja sama dengan client potensial kami yang bergerak di bidang dekorasi dan manufaktur dalam pencarian talenta terbaik untuk mengisi posisi HRD Staff.

Posisi ini bertanggung jawab dalam pengelolaan administrasi dan operasional sumber daya manusia, mulai dari payroll, administrasi karyawan, absensi, rekrutmen, hingga proses onboarding dan offboarding.

Job Responsibility:

  • Melakukan proses payroll, termasuk perhitungan BPJS dan PPh 21.
  • Mengelola absensi dan kedisiplinan karyawan.
  • Melakukan proses rekrutmen secara end to end, mulai dari sourcing hingga onboarding.
  • Menyiapkan dan mengelola kontrak kerja karyawan.
  • Mengelola serta mengarsipkan data dan dokumen administrasi karyawan.
  • Menangani proses onboarding dan offboarding karyawan.
  • Memastikan administrasi dan dokumen kepegawaian tersusun dengan baik dan sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan.

Requirements:

  • Usia 22–32 tahun.
  • Pendidikan minimal S1 Hukum, Psikologi, Manajemen, atau Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia.
  • Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun di bidang HR
  • Memahami payroll, BPJS, PPh 21, absensi, rekrutmen, dan administrasi karyawan.
  • Menguasai Microsoft Office.
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan koordinasi yang baik.
  • Bertanggung jawab, teliti, dan mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.
