WE ARE HIRING — IMPORT CLEARANCE TEAM LEADER

Penempatan: Bandara Soekarno Hatta - Tangerang

Generate Recruitment Agency bekerja sama dengan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang freight forwarding dan logistik, membuka kesempatan bagi profesional berpengalaman untuk bergabung sebagai Import Clearance Team Leader.

Posisi ini bertanggung jawab memimpin proses customs clearance impor dan ekspor, memastikan kelengkapan dokumen serta perizinan, dan mengoptimalkan waktu clearance untuk meminimalkan biaya tambahan.

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Memimpin tim dalam menangani dokumen kepabeanan impor, termasuk PIB, serta memastikan proses clearance berjalan tepat waktu.
  • Mengelola perizinan lintas instansi seperti INSW, INTRADE, BPOM, Karantina, dan kementerian terkait.
  • Menangani kendala kepabeanan, termasuk Notul, pemeriksaan fisik Jalur Merah, dan permasalahan sistem CEISA 4.0.
  • Memastikan ketepatan HS Code, klasifikasi barang, serta kepatuhan terhadap regulasi kepabeanan.
  • Mengawasi proses clearance untuk meminimalkan biaya demurrage, storage, dan biaya tak terduga.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan Bea Cukai, klien, tim internal, dan overseas agent untuk memastikan kelancaran proses pengiriman.

Kualifikasi:

  • Pendidikan minimal D3/S1, diutamakan Logistik, Transportasi Laut, atau Administrasi Niaga.
  • Pengalaman minimal 3–5 tahun di bidang International Freight Forwarding/PPJK, dengan minimal 1–2 tahun sebagai Team Leader atau Senior Customs Clearance Staff.
  • Wajib memiliki Sertifikat Ahli Kepabeanan (PPJK) yang aktif.
  • Menguasai CEISA 4.0, PIB/PEB, HS Code (BTKI), dan regulasi kepabeanan terbaru.
  • Memahami proses perizinan impor serta memiliki pengalaman menangani Bea Cukai Tanjung Priok dan Bandara Soekarno-Hatta.
  • Memiliki kemampuan leadership, negosiasi, problem solving, dan mampu bekerja dengan tenggat waktu ketat.
  • Mampu berkomunikasi aktif dalam bahasa Inggris untuk koordinasi dengan overseas agent.
