RC Printing Textile merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang printing textile, dengan fokus pada pengembangan dan produksi desain untuk kebutuhan fashion dan produk tekstil.

Perusahaan mengembangkan desain yang kreatif dan aplikatif untuk berbagai kebutuhan fashion, seperti seamless, scarf, dan berbagai jenis fashion stuff, dengan memperhatikan daya tarik desain serta kebutuhan pasar.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Sebagai Desain Grafis Textile, Anda akan bertanggung jawab untuk:

  • Menciptakan desain grafis fashion yang menarik dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pasar.
  • Membuat desain secara manual maupun digital untuk kebutuhan produk textile.
  • Mengembangkan desain no brand yang memiliki daya tarik komersial.
  • Mengoptimalkan desain untuk berbagai jenis fashion stuff, seperti seamless, scarf, dan produk tekstil lainnya.
  • Membuat dan mengembangkan materi desain menggunakan perangkat serta aplikasi desain yang relevan.
  • Menyesuaikan desain dengan kebutuhan produksi dan karakteristik material textile.

Kualifikasi yang Dibutuhkan

  • Usia 20–30 tahun.
  • Pendidikan minimal D3.
  • Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun di bidang desain grafis, khususnya textile/fashion.
  • Memiliki pengalaman atau pemahaman di industri printing sublime textile menjadi nilai tambah.
  • Mampu membuat desain fashion secara manual.
  • Menguasai Adobe Photoshop.
  • Menguasai Adobe Illustrator.
  • Mampu membuat materi desain secara manual menggunakan media peralatan lukis dan iPad.
  • Memiliki kreativitas dan sense of design yang baik.
  • Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.
  • Memiliki sikap kerja yang disiplin, bertanggung jawab, komunikatif, dan mampu bekerja sesuai target.

Kualifikasi Tambahan (Nilai Plus)

  • Memiliki portofolio desain fashion atau textile.
  • Memiliki pengalaman membuat desain seamless pattern, scarf, atau fashion textile.
  • Memahami tren desain dan perkembangan fashion.
  • Mampu mengembangkan konsep desain dari brief hingga menjadi artwork siap produksi.
  • Memahami karakteristik desain yang memiliki nilai komersial dan dapat diterima pasar.
