WE ARE HIRING — MFG Technical Specialist Penempatan: Surabaya & Sekitarnya | Full-time Position

Generate Recruitment Agency bekerja sama klien kami yang bergerak di bidang IT & Manufacturing Software, membuka kesempatan bagi profesional di bidang engineering untuk bergabung sebagai MFG Technical Specialist.

Posisi ini berperan sebagai technical & sales support dalam solusi CAD/CAM/CAE untuk industri manufacturing, mulai dari konsultasi teknis, product presentation, training, technical support, hingga mendukung proses presales dan post-sales.

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Melakukan pendekatan dan konsultasi teknis kepada calon pelanggan di sektor Manufacturing.
  • Melakukan presentasi produk CAD/CAM/CAE kepada pelanggan dan prospek.
  • Memberikan technical support dan konsultasi terkait kebutuhan pelanggan.
  • Menyelenggarakan training dan workshop produk untuk pelanggan.
  • Melakukan riset kebutuhan pasar dan tren industri Manufacturing terkait CAD/CAM/CAE.
  • Melakukan benchmarking produk dengan kompetitor di industri.
  • Mendukung tim Sales dalam proses presales hingga post-sales.
  • Memimpin dan mengarahkan team untuk mencapai target perusahaan.

Kualifikasi:

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Mesin, Mechanical Engineering, atau Teknik Industri.
  • Usia maksimal 35 tahun.
  • Memiliki pengalaman menggunakan software CAD/CAM/CAE.
  • Menguasai salah satu atau beberapa software seperti SolidWorks, Siemens NX, ZW3D, ZWCAD/AutoCAD, atau SketchUp.
  • Memahami proses desain manufaktur, Mold Design, Assembly Design, Parametric Design, dan Digital Prototype.
  • Mampu membuat simulasi pergerakan mesin CNC untuk kebutuhan CAM.
  • Mampu menjelaskan serta meyakinkan pelanggan mengenai solusi/produk yang ditawarkan.
  • Berpikir kritis, cepat tanggap, problem solver, dan memiliki inisiatif tinggi.
  • Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam team.
  • Bersedia bekerja secara mobile dan melakukan kunjungan ke berbagai lokasi industri.
