Generate Recruitment Agency saat ini bekerja sama dengan salah satu client potensial kami yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur untuk mencari kandidat profesional yang kompeten untuk mengisi posisi Procurement Manager.

Posisi ini bertanggung jawab menyusun strategi pengadaan, memimpin tim Procurement, Kandidat diharapkan memiliki kemampuan manajerial dan strategis yang kuat serta pengalaman di bidang pengadaan industri manufaktur, khususnya terkait kegiatan ekspor dan impor.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Menyusun strategi dan rencana kerja Procurement untuk mendukung pencapaian target perusahaan.
  • Memimpin, membina, dan mengembangkan tim Procurement agar bekerja secara efektif dan produktif.
  • Membangun serta menjaga hubungan baik dengan pemasok (supplier) untuk memperoleh kualitas, harga, dan waktu pengiriman yang kompetitif.
  • Mengendalikan kinerja Procurement guna memastikan ketersediaan material, efisiensi biaya, dan pencapaian KPI departemen.
  • Mengevaluasi serta menyempurnakan sistem, prosedur, dan proses kerja Procurement agar lebih efektif dan efisien.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan departemen terkait untuk memastikan kebutuhan material dan operasional perusahaan terpenuhi.
  • Mendorong perbaikan berkelanjutan dalam proses pengadaan guna meningkatkan kinerja departemen.

Requirements:

  • Usia 30–40 tahun.
  • Pendidikan minimal S1 Manajemen, Akuntansi, Logistik, Manajemen Rantai Pasok (Supply Chain Management), atau bidang relevan..
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 5 tahun sebagai Procurement Manager di perusahaan manufaktur yang menangani kegiatan ekspor dan impor.
  • Memiliki pengalaman menggunakan sistem ERP; pengalaman menggunakan SAP Business One (SAP B1) menjadi nilai tambah.
  • Memiliki kemampuan berpikir strategis, manajemen tim, komunikasi efektif, pemecahan masalah, dan pengambilan keputusan yang baik.
  • Mampu berkomunikasi dalam bahasa Inggris, baik lisan maupun tulisan.
  • Berdomisili di wilayah Jabodetabek.
