WE ARE HIRING — SALES ENGINEER (AEC)

Penempatan: Surabaya | Full-time Position

Generate Recruitment Agency sedang mencari kandidat terbaik untuk mengisi posisi Sales Engineer (Architecture, Engineering & Construction/AEC) pada salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang solusi teknologi untuk industri konstruksi, arsitektur, dan engineering.

Posisi ini bertanggung jawab dalam mengembangkan bisnis, membangun relasi dengan pelanggan, serta mencapai target penjualan produk dan solusi software perusahaan di wilayah Surabaya dan sekitarnya.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Bertanggung jawab atas penjualan solusi software perusahaan seperti CAD, BIM, 3D Software, dan solusi teknologi lainnya kepada pelanggan di industri AEC.
  • Melakukan Business development untuk mendapatkan peluang bisnis dan pelanggan baru.
  • Membangun serta menjaga hubungan baik dengan architect, consultant, contractor, developer, owner, dan stakeholder lainnya.
  • Mengembangkan database pelanggan dan membangun pipeline penjualan yang akurat.
  • Mengelola seluruh sales cycle mulai dari prospecting, pre-sales, presentasi, negosiasi, hingga closing.
  • Berkolaborasi dengan tim Marketing dalam kegiatan event maupun aktivitas pre-sales.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim Technical Support selama proses presentasi dan implementasi solusi.
  • Menyusun laporan aktivitas penjualan dan pencapaian kinerja secara harian, mingguan, dan bulanan.

Requirements:

  • Minimal S1 Arsitektur, Teknik Sipil, atau jurusan lain yang memahami industri konstruksi/AEC.
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di industri Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC), terutama pada bidang sales menjadi nilai tambah.
  • Memahami teknologi BIM (Building Information Modelling), khususnya ARCHICAD menjadi nilai tambah.
  • Menguasai CAD (AutoCAD) dan software 3D Rendering.
  • Memahami industri AEC, khususnya proses bisnis konstruksi dan pembangunan.
  • Mampu melakukan presentasi dengan baik di hadapan pelanggan.
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, negosiasi, dan kemampuan closing yang kuat.
  • Mampu berbahasa Inggris minimal level basic hingga intermediate.
  • Target oriented, proaktif, mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.
