WE ARE HIRING — SALES ENGINEER RETAIL

Penempatan: Medan, Palembang, atau kota besar area Sumatera | Full-time Position

Generate Recruitment Agency bekerja sama dengan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang distribusi water pump (pompa air), dalam mencari kandidat terbaik untuk posisi Sales Retail yang terbiasa dalam menghandle penjualan barang teknikal.

Posisi ini akan bertanggung jawab untuk mengembangkan pasar retail, membangun hubungan dengan toko dan kontraktor, meningkatkan pencapaian penjualan, serta memastikan target omzet dan penagihan dapat tercapai sesuai target perusahaan.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Melakukan pencarian pelanggan baru (toko dan kontraktor) serta membangun kerja sama untuk memperluas pasar di area yang ditugaskan.
  • Membangun serta menjaga hubungan baik dengan pelanggan untuk meningkatkan penjualan.
  • Melakukan monitoring terhadap pencapaian omset dan target penjualan
  • Melakukan analisis calon pelanggan, termasuk mempertimbangkan latar belakang finansial sebelum menjalin kerja sama.
  • Membuat dan menyampaikan laporan aktivitas penjualan, hasil penjualan, serta perkembangan penagihan secara berkala.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal untuk memastikan kebutuhan pelanggan dapat terpenuhi dengan baik.

Requirements:

  • Pendidikan minimal Diploma Teknik.
  • Berpengalaman minimal 3 tahun sebagai Sales, khususnya di bidang retail atau distributor.
  • Bersedia bekerja di lapangan dan melakukan perjalanan dinas ke luar kota.
  • Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office.
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, negosiasi, dan interpersonal yang baik.
  • Disiplin, jujur, bertanggung jawab, serta memiliki kemauan belajar yang tinggi.
  • Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.
  • Mampu berbahasa Inggris menjadi nilai tambah.
