Penempatan: Jakarta Timur | Full-time Position

Generate Recruitment Agency bekerja sama dengan salah satu klien kami yang bergerak di industri otomotif sedang mencari Sales Executive. Posisi ini bertanggung jawab dalam mengembangkan pasar, mencari dan mengelola pelanggan baru maupun existing, melakukan presentasi produk, membangun hubungan bisnis yang baik dengan klien, menyusun penawaran dan negosiasi, serta memastikan target penjualan perusahaan tercapai melalui strategi penjualan yang efektif.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Aktif mencari dan mengembangkan basis data pelanggan yang aman dan independen
  2. Melakukan presentasi penjualan dan produk kepada calon klien
  3. Menyiapkan proposal, termasuk penjelasan teknis dan komersial
  4. Mengumpulkan dan mengorganisir dokumen yang diperlukan untuk pengajuan tender
  5. Menegosiasikan dan menuntaskan kesepakatan sesuai dengan syarat dan ketentuan perusahaan
  6. Mengikuti perkembangan tagihan yang terlambat dan memastikan pembayaran tepat waktu
  7. Menjaga hubungan baik dengan klien existing
  8. Mengidentifikasi peluang untuk penjualan tambahan (upselling) dan penjualan silang (cross-selling) kepada klien existing

Persyaratan Pekerjaan

  1. Lulusan baru atau fresgraduate diutamakan
  2. Pendidikan: Sarjana (S1) – semua jurusan
  3. Keterampilan & Kompetensi: Keterampilan interpersonal dan komunikasi yang baik
