Penempatan: Jakarta Utara | Full-time Position

Generate Recruitment Agency bekerja sama dengan klien kami, perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang penyediaan Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), dalam mencari kandidat terbaik untuk posisi Sales Executive.

Posisi ini akan bertanggung jawab dalam mengembangkan pasar, membangun hubungan dengan pelanggan baru maupun existing customer, serta mencapai target penjualan melalui strategi pemasaran yang efektif di segmen perusahaan, retail, dan wholesaler.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Melakukan aktivitas penjualan dan pemasaran kepada perusahaan, toko retail, serta wholesaler di wilayah Jakarta maupun luar kota.
  • Menyusun dan menjalankan strategi penjualan jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang untuk mencapai target yang telah ditetapkan perusahaan.
  • Mencari, mengidentifikasi, dan mengembangkan peluang bisnis baru serta menjaga hubungan baik dengan pelanggan existing.
  • Melakukan canvassing, market development, dan aktivitas business development untuk memperluas jaringan pelanggan.
  • Menganalisis kebutuhan pelanggan dan menawarkan solusi produk yang sesuai.
  • Aktif mencari solusi terhadap kendala yang dihadapi dalam proses penjualan maupun pencapaian target.
  • Membuat laporan harian, mingguan, dan bulanan terkait aktivitas penjualan, perkembangan pasar, serta pencapaian target.
  • Melakukan monitoring tren pasar dan aktivitas kompetitor sebagai dasar pengembangan strategi penjualan.
  • Menjalankan visi, misi, dan nilai perusahaan dalam setiap aktivitas kerja.

Requirements:

  • Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 dari semua jurusan.
  • Memiliki pengalaman di bidang Sales B2B maupun B2C.
  • Berpengalaman dalam pengembangan pasar, pencarian pelanggan baru, dan pengelolaan hubungan pelanggan.
  • Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi, komunikasi, dan presentasi yang baik.
  • Menguasai teknik penjualan, pemasaran, canvassing, dan business development.
  • Terbiasa membuat laporan penjualan harian, mingguan, dan bulanan menggunakan Microsoft Office.
  • Wajib memiliki SIM A atau SIM C yang masih aktif.
  • Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas dan kunjungan kerja ke luar kota.
  • Berorientasi pada target, proaktif, serta memiliki kemampuan problem solving yang baik.
  • Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim di lingkungan kerja yang dinamis.
