Placement: Jakarta – Full Time Position

Generate Recruitment Agency bekerja sama dengan salah satu klien kami yang bergerak di industri Maklon Kosmetik sedang membuka kesempatan bagi profesional berpengalaman untuk bergabung sebagai Sales Manager. Kami mencari individu yang memiliki jiwa leadership mampu mengembangkan strategi penjualan, memperluas jaringan bisnis, serta mendorong pertumbuhan penjualan perusahaan secara berkelanjutan.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Menyusun dan menjalankan strategi penjualan untuk mencapai target perusahaan.
  • Mengembangkan peluang bisnis baru serta menjaga hubungan dengan customer existing.
  • Melakukan presentasi, negosiasi, dan closing project dengan brand owner, distributor, dan perusahaan.
  • Memimpin, membina, dan mengevaluasi kinerja tim sales.
  • Mengelola sales pipeline, forecasting, serta aktivitas penjualan melalui CRM.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal untuk memastikan kebutuhan customer terpenuhi.
  • Menyusun laporan penjualan dan memberikan evaluasi kepada manajemen.

Kualifikasi

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 (Marketing, Manajemen, Bisnis, Farmasi, Kimia, atau jurusan terkait lebih disukai).
  • Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di bidang Sales B2B, diutamakan pada industri maklon kosmetik, skincare, body care, personal care, packaging kosmetik, bahan baku kosmetik, atau FMCG beauty.
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun sebagai Sales Manager atau posisi setara.
  • Berpengalaman memimpin dan mengembangkan tim sales.
  • Memahami proses bisnis maklon kosmetik dan penjualan B2B.
  • Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi, presentasi, dan komunikasi yang baik.
  • Berorientasi pada target, memiliki jiwa leadership, dan mampu membangun hubungan jangka panjang dengan customer.
  • Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas apabila diperlukan.
