Penempatan: Jakarta | Full-time Position

Generate Recruitment Agency saat ini membuka kesempatan bagi talenta terbaik untuk bergabung sebagai Site Engineer di salah satu klien potensial kami yang bergerak di bidang industri dan proyek fasilitas pabrik, khususnya pembangunan pabrik es dan cold storage.

Posisi ini bertanggung jawab untuk mengawasi dan mengkoordinasikan pelaksanaan teknis di lokasi proyek, memastikan pekerjaan berjalan sesuai gambar teknis, spesifikasi, standar mutu, keselamatan kerja, serta jadwal yang telah ditetapkan. Kandidat diharapkan memiliki pengalaman teknis di lapangan, kemampuan koordinasi yang baik, dan bersedia ditempatkan di lokasi proyek sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan.

Job Responsibility:

  • Mempelajari gambar teknis, spesifikasi pekerjaan, BOQ/RAB, serta memastikan kesesuaian kondisi aktual lokasi proyek.
  • Menyusun rencana kerja harian dan mingguan, termasuk kebutuhan tenaga kerja, material, dan peralatan.
  • Mengarahkan serta mengawasi pekerjaan pekerja, mandor, teknisi, dan subkontraktor di lapangan.
  • Memeriksa kualitas dan kesesuaian material yang datang serta melakukan inspeksi mutu hasil pekerjaan (quality control).
  • Mengkoordinasikan pelaksanaan pekerjaan sipil, panel insulasi, instalasi refrigerasi, perpipaan, kelistrikan, dan utilitas sesuai penugasan.
  • Memantau progres pekerjaan serta mengidentifikasi kendala teknis di lapangan untuk ditindaklanjuti bersama Project Manager.
  • Memastikan penerapan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) serta menjaga keselamatan area kerja proyek.
  • Mendampingi proses pengujian dan commissioning sesuai lingkup pekerjaan dan kewenangan personel terkait.
  • Memastikan penyelesaian daftar pekerjaan yang belum tuntas (punch list) sebelum serah terima proyek.
  • Menyusun laporan progres harian dan mingguan, termasuk dokumentasi pekerjaan dan pembaruan gambar as-built sesuai kondisi aktual.

Requirements:

  • Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Teknik Mesin, Teknik Pendingin dan Tata Udara, Teknik Sipil, Teknik Elektro, atau bidang teknik yang relevan.
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Site Engineer atau pelaksana teknis pada proyek konstruksi, instalasi MEP, atau refrigerasi.
  • Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman dalam proyek pembangunan pabrik es, cold storage, atau sistem refrigerasi industri.
  • Mampu membaca dan memahami gambar teknik, spesifikasi pekerjaan, serta BOQ/RAB.
  • Memahami metode pelaksanaan pekerjaan, pengukuran lapangan, pemeriksaan material, dan pengendalian mutu.
  • Memahami dasar sistem refrigerasi, insulasi, vapor barrier, drainase, dan kelistrikan sesuai lingkup pekerjaan.
  • Mampu menggunakan AutoCAD dan Microsoft Office untuk mendukung pemeriksaan gambar, pengolahan data, dan pelaporan.
  • Memahami penerapan K3 dan standar mutu pekerjaan di lapangan.
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, koordinasi, dan pemecahan masalah yang baik.
  • Teliti, disiplin, bertanggung jawab, serta mampu bekerja sama dengan tim dan subkontraktor.
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di lokasi proyek pabrik dan mengikuti pengaturan kerja sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan.
