RC Printing Textile merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang printing tekstil dan garment, dengan fokus pada proses produksi kain, desain textile, dan menghasilkan produk printing sesuai standar kualitas pelanggan. Operasional perusahaan mencakup desain, produksi printing, quality control, dan pengembangan produk tekstil.

🎯 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Sebagai (Social Media Specialist), Anda akan bertanggung jawab untuk:

- Membuat konten video terkait proses produksi di pabrik printing serta hasil produk printing. - Mengedit konten kreatif berupa foto dan video pendek untuk kebutuhan media sosial. - Mengembangkan konten yang menarik, kreatif, dan relevan dengan karakteristik perusahaan. - Berkolaborasi dengan tim desain grafis dalam membuat aset media yang lebih kompleks. - Menjadwalkan dan mengunggah konten secara rutin pada platform media sosial. - Aktif berinteraksi dengan audiens melalui komentar, pesan/DM, dan mention. - Mengikuti perkembangan tren media sosial untuk mendukung peningkatan engagement.

🧩 Kualifikasi yang Dibutuhkan

- Usia 18-35 Tahun -Minimal pendidikan S1. - Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 1–2 tahun di bidang Social Media, Content Creator, Digital Marketing, atau bidang terkait. - Pengalaman di industri percetakan menjadi nilai tambah. - Memahami proses pembuatan dan pengelolaan konten media sosial. - Mampu mengikuti tren media sosial terkini. - Mampu bekerja secara individu maupun dalam tim.

⭐ Kualifikasi Tambahan (Nilai Plus)

- Mampu menggunakan Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, atau aplikasi editing lainnya. - Mampu membuat dan mengedit foto serta video pendek. - Memahami copywriting dan storytelling.Memahami algoritma dan karakteristik berbagai platform media sosial. - Mampu mengikuti dan mengembangkan konten berdasarkan tren terkini. - Mampu membuat konten yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan branding perusahaan.
